Her role is overseeing all the day to day administrative, financial, office and business operations. Tamatha in an accomplished bi-lingual marketing, sales, customer service, call center manager with over 20 years of success in varied markets, including the security alarm industry, consumer goods, and industrial equipment.
She has held positions as Inside Sales Manager for Protection One/ADT, Corporate Marketing & Call Center Manager for ASG, Marketing Manager for American Design Group, and Account Specialist for Lawson Products.
Tamatha holds the companies Texas Department of Public Safety Burglar Alarm License and is the Qualified Manager. Each license holder’s business must operate under the direction of one qualified manager. The manager must meet the requirements per the state code, meet all qualification and experience requirements and pass a written exam administered by the department.

His role is sales and operations. Toby has 20+ years of sales and leadership experience in the electronic security services industry, where he has successfully generated significant revenue growth in the corporate business environment.
Most recently Toby has served as Branch General Manager for ADT, General Manager for Protection One, Vice President / General Manager for ASG, and General Manager for Brinks Home Security.
Toby holds the companies State Fire License. Toby has a BS in Business from the University of North Texas, with a minor in Marketing.

My name is Javier G. and I was looking to get an alarm to protect my family because of my job, I travel to Laredo and sometimes Corpus. We called and set up appointments with 3 different companies, because I did not want to buy over the phone. The first company that I have heard of for years, they sent a salesman to my house, advised him we were short on time, even after telling him that, he would not leave after hours and was very pushy. The second company the salesman showed up late with no call to let us know. Then the 3rd company, the salesman showed up early but stayed in his vehicle until appointment time. He was very respectful, referring to us as Sir and Ma’am. We told him we only had about 20 minutes before we needed to leave for a birthday party, he asked if he should come back at another time, we said no, that’s ok.
He asked us some questions about we were looking for and if anything had happened recently in the neighborhood to make us start looking for an alarm company. We explained about my job and traveling and that we just want the family to be safe. We walked through the house during the conversation he made suggestions with different devices and then went outside for a quick view of our yard, as he made suggestions there as well. Once he was done, he handed us a quote sheet with different options and prices. Then he said, “its been about 20 minutes and I don’t want you to be late for the birthday party” and said he would follow up in a couple of days and he did, which was unbelievable! Neither of the other companies have called us back yet.
The company name is Argus, the salesman is Toby, yes we bought from him and we have sent him to our friends and family. They have all said he was the same at their house, on time, very professional and well mannered. Its hard to find good people, Argus you have one of the best.
